JoAnne Rother, an associate for over a year, has this to say about being a part of our team!

The Cobbler's Family Does Have Shoes
You've heard the adage about the cobbler's family -- all the villagers had wonderful shoes, made with skill and pride by the resident cobbler. However, he was so busy crafting shoes for everyone else that he didn't have time to make shoes for his own family. Well, this story definitely does NOT apply to Kris Taylor and Associates. Kris doesn't just give workshops about improving organizational effectiveness to other people. She uses the same techniques within her own group. In the process, she brings out the best in everyone -- a win-win situation for both employee and employer.

Collaboration is Key Kris takes the time to explain her vision, and welcomes ideas that will help make it happen. Instead of focusing on a deadline, Kris fosters a "we can do this together" approach. She knows that finding a way to capitalize on each person's unique talent will enhance the project and make meeting deadlines a byproduct of a good solution.

A Pat on the Back Does Wonders
It sounds corny, but a positive comment really does inspire added effort. Kris has an upbeat attitude, realistic expectations, and a generous nature. She expects the best of her employees, respects their experience, and shows her appreciation for a job well done. All in all, it's been great to be part of her organization.
